Pumpkin Peanut Butter Oat Treats 🎄🐶

- 🌾 1 cup oats (old fashioned or instant)
- 🎃 ⅓ cup pure pumpkin purée (cooked pumpkin, mashed into a puree and cooled)
- 🥜 ¼ cup natural, xylitol-free peanut butter
- Optional: Christmas-themed cookie cutters ⭐🎅🎄
Instructions For Your Christmas Dog Treats
- Preheat the oven to 150°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make oat flour: Blend the oats in a food processor or blender until they become a fine, flour-like powder.
- Form the dough: Add the pumpkin purée and peanut butter to the oat flour. Mix or blend until a sticky, stiff dough forms.
- Roll and cut:
- Lightly flour your work surface (use extra oat flour).
- Roll the dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
- Use Christmas-themed cookie cutters to cut out shapes and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the treats are dry and firm.
- Cool completely: Let the treats cool on a wire rack. They’ll harden as they cool.

Store in an airtight container:

- Refrigerator: up to 2 weeks
- Freezer: long-term storage
