Our Story
A Passion for Paws Since 2007
Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort is a family-owned and operated business nestled in Baxter, Victoria. Founded by Jill, Cory, and Paul, who collectively bring over 90+ years of experience in animal care; including boarding, breeding, grooming, and showing dogs and cats. They have dedicated their lives to providing exceptional care for your canine companions.
Since they arrived in 2007, they have built a unique dog resort property, offering 10 different types of accommodation to cater to every dog’s needs. In 2017, they expanded their commitment to specialised care by opening “We Love Dogs Kennel Resort”, focusing on small to medium-sized dogs and those requiring advanced medical or palliative care.

Our team of “Doggy Doaters” is the heart of our resort. These passionate and experienced dog handlers are trained in canine first aid and behavioural assessments, ensuring your pet receives the best care possible. Many of our team members are camera-shy, but you’ll get to meet them during your visit!
