What’s Included in Our Daily Rate
Our rates are charged per calendar day, including the arrival and departure day, regardless of time. Each booking includes:
- Meals from our curated K9 Menu
- Fresh, clean bedding
- A complimentary bath before departure
- Daily exercise aligned with your dogs needs
- Playtime, cuddles & social interaction
- GST included

Optional Extra Services
Need a little more support during your dog’s stay?
We offer a range of premium add-ons to suit your dog’s needs:
- K9 Kab Limousine Service - front door pick-up & drop-off
- Professional Grooming - subject to local groomer availability
- Medication Administration - simple to complex, any time day or night
- Medical Transport - including trips to your preferred vet or therapist (for rehabilitation guests)

Deposits & Minimum Stays
We only require deposits and minimum stays during the following busy holiday periods:
- Easter Holidays: 7-day minimum charge
- Christmas / New Year Holidays: 10-day minimum charge
- School & Public Holiday Peak Times: No minumum stay
Bookings during these peak periods require a deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits during the off peak periods are only required for the Luxury Paw Penthouse Retreat.
Deposits are generally non-refundable (see the table below for more information) and are deducted from your final balance.
