At Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort, we understand that busy schedules or transportation challenges can make it difficult to bring your dog to our resort. That’s why we offer our K9 Kab service, a safe, reliable, climate-controlled pick-up and drop-off solution for your canine companion.

K9 Kab runs 5 days a week:

Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, depending on your location.

How Our K9 Kab Works
Pick-Up Process
- When making your dog’s holiday reservation please discuss pick up and drop off options if you need them. This service must be booked in advance.
- You’ll receive an SMS the day before with a 60-minute collection window. You will be given instructions on how to confirm if we don’t speak with you in person. You must confirm you still require the collection. No confirmation, no collection.
- Our K9 Kab will arrive between 6am–10am, depending on your location. Times may vary during peak periods.
- Someone must be present at the property to hand your dog to the driver. This can be a friend or neighbour if you are unable to be home at that time. It must be a person the dog knows.
- If traffic delays the driver, they’ll contact you directly with an update. Please ensure that you are reachable during this time – the driver should have the number of the person they are collecting the dog from.
- Leaving for a trip early? We recommend arranging pick-up the day before or alternatively have a neighbour or friend who can be there for your dog’s collection. Again please ensure that the dog knows this person.
- Dogs cannot be collected from unattended properties. This is an OH&S issue for our team and a comfort for your dog.
Drop-Off Process
We want your dog’s return home to be as smooth as their arrival. To make sure you are ready:
- The day before, we will text you with a 60-minute drop-off window. You will be given instructions on how to confirm if we don’t speak with you in person.
- Once you’ve returned home, please call us and leave a message, no matter the time, to confirm you are home and ready for us to return your dog.
- Our drivers check all voicemails daily from 4am onwards before departing. They do not check emails so please call us to confirm you have arrived home.
- If we haven’t received your confirmation, your dog will stay at the resort until we hear from you.
- Someone must be present to welcome your dog, we cannot leave them unattended. This can be a trusted relative, friend or neighbour. They will become responsible for your dog’s care once we drop them off. This is an animal welfare issue that we take very seriously. If no one is there to receive your dog we will bring them back to the Resort and make an alternate arrangement with you.

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during school holidays and peak times. Spaces are limited.
Yes! Just let us know the address and ensure someone is there to hand over or receive your dog.
If you do not confirm you are home then your dog will remain at the resort until we hear from you. If you have any delays in your return home this means your dog will be safe and sound until you do get home and you won't need to worry. Our drivers check our voicemails at 4am so, even if you arrive home late into the night, don’t forget to call and confirm. A big reminder note on the fridge we find helps some of our clients to not forget!
