WHAT IS DOGGY DAYCARE?
Doggy Day Care is an opportunity for your dog to have a day of play and interaction when you have to be elsewhere!
Your favourite furry family member will come and play for the day with compatible friends or with an experienced Doggy Doater in a safe & secure environment.
You drop your dog off on your way to work, school or a day trip to the city.
They get a day of play and fun times with lots of exercise and cuddles.
You pick up your dog at the end of the day, happy and tired!
We even have the option for your dog to be bathed during their daycare visit, so they can also come home smelling amazing too (additional charges apply.)

WHEN IS DOGGY DAYCARE AVAILABLE?
Doggy Day Care is being offered at Dogs Country Club & Kennel Resort during our OFF PEAK PERIODS, weekdays (including Wednesday), from 7am to 5pm.
Arrivals and Departures on Wednesdays strictly 7am – 9am & 3pm – 5pm.

How Does Doggy Daycare Work?
We like to make it easy for our clients so it’s simple:
Step 1 – Request your Dogs Doggy Day Care play dates using the form below. Our team will be in touch promptly via email to confirm if your requested Play Dates are available .
Step 2 – If you require passes for Day Care our team will be in touch to work with you on processing your preferred number of passes and with your preferred credit card.
Step 3 – If your dogs C5 vaccination is out of date with us we will reach out to update this information – it is requirement under the boarding code that all guests, for both boarding and Doggy Daycare, are up to date with their C5 vaccinations.
You will receive email confirmation of your Day Care reservations – pop them in your diary so you don’t forget which days are booked. Don’t forget if you book a Wednesday the drop off time is 7am to 9am and the pick up time is 3pm – 5pm – all other days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday you can drop and collect anytime between 7am and 5pm).
Please Note: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the Day Care Session your pass will be returned to your account. Cancellations 24 hours or less your pass for that session will be forfeited.
Cancellations need to be made via email – thank you for your assistance with ensuring the day care program runs smoothly.
